In my profile the correct country is stored, but when ordering in the store it changes.

Changing the country should not occur if you are in the country where you are registered at the time of logging in. If you place your order from abroad, it may happen that this country is automatically set. We recommend either to place the order only when you are back in the country of registration or to use a VPN.
